Cantec thermo-compensated tooling system special for critical sanitary ends.
Production sequence:
Cutting the blank,
drawing the inner panel and
forming the countersink depth.
The end is finally formed before the press stroke is completed.
Manufacture of shells (mainly easy open shells) and bottom ends with narrow tolerance in all material grades, from SR material to DR material.
End dimensions are not effected by changing the temperature of the press and tool system.
Very close tolerance for the countersink and panel offset.
Constant product for further processing.
More even opening forces for the easy open end.

A combination of multi-stage and thermo compensating tool system in one tooling is possible.
