Parting system for prescored bodies producing a preflange during the parting process.

Single outfeed with separating  
   
The upper body halves are separated and lowered to the level of the bottom halves in a controlled process.
The separation can be done in the outfeed star (up to medium speed) or in an additional separating station (for high speed or critical can sizes).

Double outfeed  
The upper and lower body halves exit the parting machine via two outfeeds at different levels.
The two outfeeds can link to two different backends.
The body halves of one exit can be turned over in order to have all pre-flanges at one side. These bodies can be die necked at the straight end.
Double outfeed is only possible in stand alone machines.
